Shipping & Return Policy
All of our orders are packaged and shipped within 2 business days, if not sooner (often same day). Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
We offer free shipping to customer in the United States. Most orders will ship via USPS Priority. Occasionally, we do ship orders via UPS, but generally speaking everything will ship USPS. For our customers in Canada, you will need to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org for specific shipping pricing. Some areas in Canada do qualify for free shipping from Amazon, so you are able to view or listing their and check your address: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WVFQGP8
If you have special requests or needs for shipping, please contact Sulfur Health at email@example.com.
If you received a damaged item, please notify us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of delivery. To speed our replacement process, please include your name, address, and the product that was damaged. If possible, please include product pictures. We will send a replacement item as soon as possible.
We want you to be satisfied with every product you purchase from Sulfur Health. If you’re not pleased with a product you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and any additional charges.
Please return your item, used or unused, in good condition with the original packaging to ensure a full credit.
The time for you to receive a refund is based on many factors. Once you have notified us of your intent to return an item, you may expect to see events meet the following timeline:
- 1 to 10 business days for us to receive the returned shipment.
- 1 to 3 business days for us to process the returned shipment.
- 3 to 10 days business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund request.
